Returns and Exchanges
Our customers have the right to return any product they have bought within 14 days from the day they have received it and ask for an exchange.

Our main goal is to satisfy and bring joy to our customers, so for this reason our customers have the right to return or exchange a product with another one of equal or higher priceor with the same in a different size as long as they do so within 14 days from the date they have received it and on condition that the return takes place with our collaborating courier company (ACS Courier).
A required precondition for the product to be returned is for it to be in its initial state, not to be used and to be sent back with its receipt or invoice as well as its price tag.
The full process of returning a product will be carried out as detailed below:
After informing us about your intention of exchanging a product you have to appropriately pack it and deliver it to ACS Courier with the request to return it to our address (Vasileos Konstantinou 6, Xanthi, Greece, 67132, phone number: +302541023018). Once we receive the returned product, without your entering a new order online we will send you your new chosen product that you are going to receive after having paid the difference (if there is any) in price.
Any additional charges from the customer’s bank are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
ATTENTION! The returned products must be in their previous condition (before the purchase), with the received packaging as well as with the documentation (payment receipt, invoice, price tag, guarantee) they were received with.
Any product that is damaged, used or in a different condition than received will not be accepted for an exchange.
Return of faulty/defective products: In case you consider a product faulty/ defective or damaged you can contact us by phone at: +302541023018 or by email at: info@kioleidis.gr stating the product’s details and its problem(s). It is highly possible that we are going to ask for pictures in order to ascertain that it is faulty/defective or damaged. Please return the product in our address. We are going to fully examine the product you have returned and we will inform you by email for its replacement. Nothing written in these terms affects our customers’ legal rights.
