Returns and Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customers have the right to return any of the products they have purchased within 14 days of the date of purchase and to request an exchange.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of return, please contact us on 25410-23018 or by email at info@kioleidis.gr.<\/p>\n

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at our online shop, and for this reason, customers are entitled to return a product and exchange it for a different size or another product of equal or greater value at no cost to them, provided this is done within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of receipt and provided that the return is made via our partner courier company (ACS Courier).<\/p>\n

It is also essential that the product is returned in its original condition, has not been used, and is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice, as well as the price tag.<\/p>\n

To be more specific, once you have informed us of the change you wish to make, please pack the product securely and hand it over to ACS Courier, requesting that it be returned to our address (V. Konstantinou, Xanthi, Postcode 67132, Tel. 2541023018), at your own expense. As soon as we receive your return, and without you needing to place a new order, we will send you your new selection, which you will receive upon payment of any price difference of (+) euros.<\/p>\n

Any bank charges or deductions incurred shall be borne solely by the customer, in relation to their own bank.<\/p>\n

WARNING<\/strong><\/span>! The products must be returned in the same condition as when they were received by the customer, together with their packaging and any other documents (retail receipt, tags) that accompanied them at the time of receipt.<\/p>\n

No exchange will be made for any product that has been damaged, or that has not been returned in the same condition as when you received it, or that has been worn or used beyond the wear and tear resulting from simply opening the packaging.<\/p>\n

Returning faulty products: If you believe that a product is damaged or faulty, you can contact us by telephone on 25410-23018 or by email, providing us with the product details and a description of the fault. We may ask you to provide a photograph of the product so that we can verify the fault. Please return the product to our address. We will thoroughly examine the product you have returned and will inform you by email regarding the replacement.
